Quality Policy
NAVIPOR´s Quality Management System covers the provision of Stevedoring, Logistical complementary services and tallying of Import and Export Goods.
In the scope of these services, the Company didn´t identify as applicable the clauses 7.1.5 resources for monitoring and measurement; 8.3 Design and development; and 8.5.1 f) Control of production and service rendering, of the NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 standards as it doesn´t use any resources for monitoring or measure in order to verify the conformity of products and services because monitoring or measurement can be assured on any subsequent output.
In a sustainability perspective the NAVIPOR Management is committed to the pursuit of measures to ensure the continuous application and improvement of the Management Quality System, in accordance with the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001: 2015.
To fulfill this commitment, Management provides resources that contribute to:
